The membership entitles you to a holiday package of 4 nights and 5 days every year through Blissful Escape in 2-star, 3-star, or 4-star properties. Blissful Escape reserves the right to withdraw or change any properties from the list at any time.
Accommodation will be complimentary.
Complimentary breakfast will be provided.
The membership is valid for 2 adults and 2 children below 9 years, or 3 adults.
Extra bed charges will be applicable for additional person.
You can split your holiday days.
You can gift your holiday days to friends, relatives, or anyone by paying a gift charge of ₹3,000/-.
You can transfer your membership.
Membership is valid for the period specified and is transferable only once.
Holidays can be booked only after 50% of the total payment is made (eligible only for one domestic holiday).
Bookings will commence 45 days after the date of joining.
Bookings must be made with 30 to 90 days prior notice.
Bookings can be done via call, email, or WhatsApp to our customer care team.
All holidays are subject to availability as we follow a floating week system. Every effort is made to maintain transparency, giving members priority for bookings.
The period from 20th December to 10th January is considered a blackout period; bookings during this time are subject to availability.
An Annual Maintenance Charge (AMC) of ₹13,000/- is to be paid every year before availing the holiday.
Exchange fees for Asian countries range between $130 to $220, and for other countries between $180 to $400, payable along with AMC.
AMC is mandatory, irrespective of whether holidays, facilities, or amenities are utilized. It applies from the date of membership enrollment and is subject to revision. Failure to pay AMC or other dues will be considered a default, and members will not be able to utilize the facilities until dues are cleared.
This is a limited and exclusive membership offer. The membership is non-cancellable and non-refundable under any circumstances, including lockdowns or natural/political calamities. In such cases, holidays can be used after restrictions are lifted.
If the membership is cancelled even on the same day of joining or anytime, 60% of the amount paid will be forfeited, and 40% will be refunded, after which the contract will be cancelled. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 90 to 120 working days from the date of refund approval via email.
The membership fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, as it is not considered a refundable deposit.
Pick-up, drop-off, and sightseeing services can be arranged at discounted rates.
Assistance for passport, visa, and foreign exchange will be provided.
Flight ticket bookings can be availed at discounted rates.
If you wish to bring additional family members along with you, bookings for the same will be provided at discounted rates, subject to availability.
Complimentary offers are available on weekdays only.
Members can avail the complimentary international trip in the second year of membership only, with 90 days prior notice; if unused, it will be forfeited.
Complimentary international trips are not valid from October to December.
This membership is for 2 adults and 2 kids below 9 years or 3 adults only.
As a member, you can take along with you up to 9 additional adults by paying applicable charges. Service will be provided at a discounted rate.
I have read and understood all Terms & Conditions for members. Blissful Escape has explained the membership terms to me in detail.
I understand that I am bound by the Rules & Regulations of Blissful Escape, which may be amended from time to time. The management’s decision will be final regarding membership admission and member-related activities. Any issues arising from sudden changes in government laws will be considered an Act of State, and the company will not be held responsible for the consequences.
I understand that this contract supersedes any prior communication, including those issued by representatives (even on company letterhead or stamp paper). The benefits and terms listed here, along with future amendments, are final and binding upon Blissful Escape and myself.
I acknowledge and confirm that the Terms, Conditions, Rules, and Regulations of Blissful Escape will be fully binding on me once this contract is accepted. I also confirm that there was no force or compulsion by Blissful Escape or its employees on me or my family to purchase this membership.
The amount paid towards membership is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, and I have taken this membership voluntarily, of my own free will, without any force or pressure from Blissful Escape or its representatives.
It is agreed between the Parties herein that in the event of any disputes, claims, or differences arising under the present Purchase Agreement, the same shall be referred to ARBITRATION under the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act. Place of ARBITRATION will be Mumbai.
