Firstly, thank you for choosing us and giving us the opportunity to make your holiday truly a Blissful Escape. Our aim at Blissful Escape is to live up to the meaning of our name — “A situation or place that provides complete happiness and freedom from worries or difficulties.”

Kindly go through the Terms and Conditions of the Blissful Escape Membership as per this E-Contract.


MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS (ANNEXURE I)

  1. 1. The membership entitles holiday package [Deluxe or Standard room only] every year through/ by Blissful Escape Services. In 3,4 Star properties Blissful Escape Services, has the right to withdraw any properties from the list at any time.
    2. Accommodation will be complimentary.
    3. Complimentary breakfast will be provided.
    4. No any other charges to be paid apart from Annual Maintenance Charge (AMC) and Exchange Fees (Applicable for abroad trips only).


HOLIDAY BENEFITS (ANNEXURE II)*
  1. You can split your days.

    1. You can gift your days (Friends, Relatives or Any one).
    2. No utility charges apart from AMC and Exchange Fees.
    3. Holiday can be availed after 50% of the amount paid. (Only one Domestic holiday).
    4. Booking will be accepted 30/45 days prior only.
    5. Membership will get activated after 60 days from the date of joining, after that you can start booking your holiday.


HOLIDAY START DATE
    • The II Party hereby agrees to purchase a membership of Blissful Escape Services. and Blissful Escape Services. Accepts the same, subject to this Agreement.
    • The application for membership of Blissful Escape Services., Membership along with a copy of proof of identity and proof of address needs to be submitted. The membership fees mentioned should be paid via Credit Card/Debit card favouring “Blissful Escape Services.” payable locally and should be submitted with this Agreement. CASH PAYMENT IS NOT ACCEPTED, and the company will not be responsible for cash payments made or allegedly made to Company’s sales personnel, other employees or Marketing Associates, even UPI transactions made in any other scanner or in any personal scanner will not be the responsibility of the company ONLY SCANNER UPDATED ON THE COMPANY’S WEBSITE IS VALID.
    • It is understood that the Annual Maintenance Charges (AMC) for Domestic is ₹1777/-Per day for per room (2 Adults and 2 Kids below 9years) and for Overseas (if Applicable) is 130$ for Asian countries and 220$ for other countries to be paid along with the AMC charges accommodation for Children below 9 years, irrespective of usage of the Holidays/ facilities / amenities. The same shall be applicable from the date of enrollment of membership. AMC can be revised from time to time. The AMC needs to be paid on time. Failure to pay the said amount or any other amount due shall be a default and members cannot utilize the facilities until the dues are clear.
    • All holidays are subject to availability as we follow a floating week. Every effort is made to keep our booking system transparent and members get an opportunity to book first. 20th Dec to 10th January is blocked out dates and booking will be confirmed subject to availability.
    • Renting or selling of your membership can be done through your personal contacts. Blissful Escape Services, does not engage in rentals and resale of memberships.
    • Sight-Seeing can be arranged. Charges are to be paid by members.
    • This is a limited and exclusive membership offer. This membership is non-cancel-able and non-refundable in any circumstances. Even in case of lockdown or any such events be it natural or political, members cannot ask for refund, instead can use post withdrawal of that situation. If cancelled, 70% of the amount paid will be forfeited and 30% of the amount will be will be refunded and the agreement would be cancelled. Amount will be refunded within 90 to 120 working days from the date of refund approved by the company.
    • IT IS UNDERSTOOD BY THE II PARTY HERETO that only after submission of all the necessary documents and satisfactory verification of the same thereafter by Blissful Escape Services., Confirmation of the membership with Blissful Escape Services, will be done via Email- info@blissfulescape.in, and Phone Call- 9321095194. The member consents to organization regularly reaching out on PHONE/EMAIL/SMS, updates on new schemes & other member value additions.
    • The II Party understands that he / she are bound by the Rules & Regulations of Blissful Escape Services. In force and as duly amended from time to time. The decision of the management of Blissful Escape Services, would be final in all matters relating to admission of members and in the matters concerning the members’ activities. Apart from these Terms & Conditions as mentioned above, all other statutes as applicable shall be binding on the members. Any problem arising by sudden change in law by government would be an Act of State and the Company would not be held responsible for consequences of such changes.
    • The II Party understands that he / she should furnish their change of address; telephone numbers etc., if any to Customer Care Dept., to keep member’s record up to date. In case a discontinued member reapplies for membership, the outstanding would be transferred to the new membership account.
    • Outside food/beverages are not allowed in the Hotels/Resorts. Charges for consumable like food, beverages and other facilities availed by the members and guests will be determined by the management from time to time and should be cleared on a day to day basis to the facility directly. No credit facilities will be extended to the member.
    • It is agreed between the Parties herein that in the event of any disputes, claims or differences arising under the present Purchase Agreement, the same shall be referred to ARBITRATION under the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation act of 2013 and amendments thereof. Place of ARBITRATION will be Mumbai only irrespective of the place of purchase.
    • Membership is only for the period specified and is transferable only once.
    • Holiday booking process you need to Co-Ordinate with our Customer Care Department and Holiday booking will be confirmed subject to availability.
    • Exchange Fee in Asian Countries is 130$ and Other Countries 220$ to be paid along with the AMC charges.
    • Extra bed applicable charges.


COVENANTS OF MEMBER PURCHASER (ANNEXURE IV)

  1. I have understood the benefits available under the Blissful Escape Services. membership, which are listed out in this Membership Agreement. I further understand that no benefits other than those listed in this Agreement will be available to me under this membership program.
  2. I understand that this Membership Agreement SUPERCEDES communication if any, issued by representatives (including on Company Letter Head or STAMP PAPER) and the benefits and terms of membership listed here and amendment are final and binding on Blissful Escape Services., and myself.
  3. I hereby declare that particulars given above are true, correct and are completely in order. If any transaction is delayed or not affected at all for the reason of incomplete or incorrect information. We shall not hold Blissful Escape Services. responsible for any loss/damage/inconvenience caused out of the same.
  4. I acknowledge and confirm that all the Terms and Conditions, Rules & Regulations of Blissful Escape Services. shall be fully and completely binding on me after this Agreement is signed, and there is no force on me and my family to purchase the membership and pay the amount.
  5. I confirm that I shall not use the complimentary offer, if any or the facility offered towards the complimentary offer if any, for any improper or illegal or unlawful purposes/activities or adopt or alter the same for any improper or illegal or unlawful gain.
  6. I acknowledge that I have been treated pleasantly and courteously and I enter into this Agreement at my own free will and accord and there is no compulsion or coercion exercised by Blissful Escape Services. I Hereby confirm that I have gone through the aforesaid Terms & Conditions* and Membership Benefits/Obligations and I have understood and accepted the same.


ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CHARGES (AMC) & EXCHANGE FEES
  1. An Annual Maintenance Charge (AMC) of ₹13,000/- is to be paid every year before availing the holiday.

  2. Exchange fees for Asian countries range between $130 to $220, and for other countries between $180 to $400, payable along with AMC.

  3. AMC is mandatory, irrespective of whether holidays, facilities, or amenities are utilized. It applies from the date of membership enrollment and is subject to revision. Failure to pay AMC or other dues will be considered a default, and members will not be able to utilize the facilities until dues are cleared.


REFUND POLICY
  1. This is a limited and exclusive membership offer. The membership is non-cancellable and non-refundable under any circumstances, including lockdowns or natural/political calamities. In such cases, holidays can be used after restrictions are lifted.

  2. If the membership is cancelled even on the same day of joining or anytime, 60% of the amount paid will be forfeited, and 40% will be refunded, after which the contract will be cancelled. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 90 to 120 working days from the date of refund approval via email.

  3. The membership fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, as it is not considered a refundable deposit.


Acknowledgement By Members

    • Holidays can be availed after 50% of the amount is paid. (Only 1 Domestic Holiday).
    • Membership will get activated after 60 days from the date of joining, after that you can start requesting for your services.
    • Annual Maintenance Charges (AMC) and exchange fees mentioned in the agreement is to be paid compulsory before availing holidays.
    • We had taken this membership on our own will; no force or compulsion was done by Blissful Escape Services. or any of its employees or agent.
    • Options for holidays will be given by the company only, member cannot demand any specific hotel options.
    • Only communication through Email- info@blissfulescape.in, and Phone- 9321095194 is valid company null and void communication through any other number or email.

      The amount paid towards membership is NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.
